Shipping & Returns

Returns should be initiated within 5 days after delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed and returned in the original package with tags in tact.

Customer provides return shipping.

5% restocking fee on items returned.

Returns cannot be made on final sale items.

Addresses for return will be provided once Return Authorization is issued.

You have 7 days from delivery to notify us if the wrong product was delivered or the product does not match the corresponding description, in terms of color, material, or size, etc. Photographic evidence of the product package and item are required. Same rules apply if product is defective upon delivery or if incorrect quantity is received.

In the case of approved refunds, once we receive the item back in our warehouse, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase usually within 3-5 business days. 

Certain items may not be eligible for return like swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, accessories, intimate wear.
